While it’s easy to dive into live or on-demand classes via iFit (more on that below), you can jump into a manual workout just by pressing the start button. I’m a pretty active fella, and I can only last 30 seconds at 12% and 12mph you’ll definitely get your money’s worth with either model, and your workouts don’t have to be gentle.
